This chocolate mousse is divine! It has unlimited options and can be flavoured with whatever your heart desires. This is simply the perfect quick and healthy dessert. It can also be made into a smoothie by adding more liquid. I love using coconut milk or almond milk in mine, but feel free to use any other plant based milk.
AVOCADO CHOCOLATE MOUSSE
vegan, gluten free, refined sugar free, nut free
60 g avocado
100 g ripe banana
50 ml plant based milk or cold water
10 g raw cacao
Tiny pinch of salt
1 tsp. maple syrup
1/8 tsp. vanilla powder
(4 mint leaves)
1. Remove the pits from the dates and avocado.
2. Add all the ingredients to a blender and mix until creamy and completely smooth. Add more liquid if desired.
