VEGAN GLUTEN FREE PANCAKES
These pancakes are the perfect weekend breakfast. They are simple to make, but super moist and tasty thanks to the banana! Try adding berries or spices like cinnamon or cardamom to change up the flavors.
BANANA OAT PANCAKES
gluten free, vegan, refined sugar free, dairy free
100 g almond milk
40 g gluten free oat flour
(1/4 tsp vanilla or 1/2 tsp cinnamon or cardamom)
1. Add the banana and almond milk to a blender. Blend until smooth.
2 Add the oat flour (and vanilla/spices), blend until just combined.
3. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium high heat.
4. Pour small rounds of the batter onto the pan, using the back of a spoon to spread into the perfect shape.
5. Cook on both sides for 1 to 2 minutes. Make sure to not flip the pancakes to early as they are fragile. Flip carefully when the first side is done.
